General Introduction

Yichun lies in the northeastern part of the Heilongjiang Province.

Yichun Railway Station operates daily trains to Harbin, Jiamusi, Beijing, Tianjin and cities in Liaoning and Shandong. Highways also connect Yichun with other cities in Heilongjiang Province.

Yichun has the second largest forestry resources in Heilongjiang after Daxinganling, it has name of "natural oxygen bar", the "capital of forests" and the "home town of Korean pines”, reflecting its rich coverage of spruce and Korean pines. It is also rich in mineral resources, such as gold, silver, iron and lead.
