Under the terms of the Regulations on Pesticide Administration (Revised Version 2017) and its related implementation measures, a Pesticide Registration Certificate must be secured prior to importing any mosquito repellents or insecticides intended for use in areas otherwise occupied by humans or livestock. Said certificate can be secured from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs upon completion of the required paperwork.
