Q: Are enterprises in the pilot free trade zones allowed to re-invest or start business outside the zones?

A: Enterprises in the pilot free trade zones (FTZs) are allowed to re-invest or start business outside FTZs, except for those businesses or services that must be operated or provided within the pilot FTZs according to the respective framework plan.
