Q: Which forms has a manufacturing enterprise have to complete when it applies for export tax refund? What are the requirements?

A: The enterprise needs to complete the Export Goods Tax Refund Approval Form, the Declaration Form for Tax Exemption, Offset and Refund on Goods Exported by Manufacturing Enterprises Themselves or by Authorised Agencies or the Declaration Form for Tax Refund After Collection on Goods Exported by Manufacturing Enterprises Themselves or by Authorised Agencies, and the Summary List of Export Tax Refund Documents.

All documents for tax refund declaration must be legal and valid. The content of these documents must be identical to the log files, application forms and other documents completed.
