China Compulsory Certification Scheme Extended to Playmats

According to new guidelines issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration, all playmats sold or otherwise distributed within China are required to obtain China Compulsory Certification (CCC) before 30 November 2018. Starting from 1 December this year, it will be illegal to manufacture, sell, import or use in business activities any playmats that fail to secure CCC endorsement.
