China Confirms Tax Cuts for Technologically-Advanced Service Companies

Duly-accredited Technologically-Advanced Service Companies (TASCs) will be eligible to pay corporate income tax at a reduced rate of 15% as of 1 January 2018 under a new initiative jointly launched by the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and three other government ministries. Among the business sectors approved for the new reduced rate are computer information, R&D and cultural technology services.
