The Belgrade Guidelines for Co-operation between China and the CEE Countries

On 16 December 2014, the Third Meeting of the Government Heads of China and the 16 Central and Eastern European Countries (16+1) was held in Belgrade, Serbia. During the course of this meeting, the participants jointly formulated and issued The Belgrade Guidelines, reaffirming their willingness to expand co-operation, and confirming The EU-China 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation as the guiding document for China-EU relations. The participants also stated their support for formulating a medium-term agenda for co-operation between China and interested Central and Eastern European Countries in 2015.
